4月12日下午,来自泰国、意大利、韩国和冰岛等15个国家的25名国际学生参加了我们的“中国烹饪工作坊”文化实践活动。两位华东理工大学厨师教授了“宫保鸡丁”和“中式潘饼”的详细步骤。教程结束后,五组学生分组制作自己的菜肴。工作坊结束时,厨师根据口味和综合表现选出了获胜团队。

This immersive experience, from cutting vegetables to stir-frying, from dazzling seasoning to determining the "right amount", every step is a "delicious" fresh memory for international students. The students appreciated the opportunity to learn authentic Chinese food.
