About Action Learning:
As a flagship program of ECUST, Action Learning provides students with practical, hands-on experience through teamwork and real-world application. This initiative allows you to tackle authentic industry challenges while cultivating essential career skills in problem-solving, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
This Year’s Project Title:
Challenges and Optimization Strategies for the Commercialization of the Digital Wisdom TCM Large Model
Brief Introduction:
Shanghai Digital Wisdom TCM Health Technology Co., Ltd. is an innovative company integrating AI technology with Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote its digital inheritance and globalization. Facing the rise of large models, it now seeks strategies to overcome commercialization challenges in business models, market cultivation, and ecosystem partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.

About the Team:
1 supervisor (Dr. LEI Wei, wlei@ecust.edu.cn)
Approximately 10 students in total—a diverse mix of ECUST students and peers from our partner institution, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
This will be a meaningful cross-cultural research experience, offering valuable insights into an emerging industry.


Project Timeline:
July–August 2026 (2 months)
Sessions will be held approximately once per week, featuring a flexible mix of online and offline formats.
The final presentation is scheduled for late August.
Who We Are Looking For:
2-3 ECUST international students (bachelor's or master's level).
Applicants should possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
